Acquisition of Aneks and a merger with Blic.net

After acquiring the internet service provider Blic.net Telekom Slovenije decided to also acquire Aneks, d.o.o., in Republika Srpska in Bosnia and Herzegovina. By acquiring Aneks, Telekom Slovenije entered into what is currently the largest alternative provider of fixed telephone services in Republika Srpska. (more)
