After acquiring the internet service provider Blic.net Telekom Slovenije decided to also acquire Aneks, d.o.o., in Republika Srpska in Bosnia and Herzegovina. By acquiring Aneks, Telekom Slovenije entered into alternative provider of fixed telephone services in Republika Srpska that has a completely complementary service offer to Blic.net, and can together achieve great synergetic effects in a very short time.

With this acquisition, Telekom Slovenije also acquired a national license for fixed telephone services, which is valid in the whole area of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
